Skills

Head of Commerce & Affiliate Partnerships (Berlin)

We are looking for an experienced Head of Commerce & Affiliate Partnerships to diversify our revenue sources beyond digital advertising and play a significant role in the buildout of this new revenue pillar.

Skills

  • Bachelor or Masters degree (or equivalent degree)
  • 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an international environment
  • Proven track record in managing and growing affiliate revenues for content publisher and/or in managing affiliate marketing budget for e-commerce
  • Strong business judgement and entrepreneurial acumen
  • Proven track record in business development
  • Proven experience in conversion optimization, tracking and A/B testing
  • Generalist with good grasp of interdependencies between business, product, technology and editorial

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a company-wide commerce/affiliate strategy

  • Close direct affiliate partnerships and optimize relationships with affiliate network partners

Highsnobiety is currently looking for a Sales Account Executive in Berlin that will be working alongside the Sales and Marketing team helping in driving revenue growth and profitability for all our entities including digital properties, offline activations and print. Are you a driven and tenacious advertising sales professional with an excellent track record and a proven relationship with media agencies in the EU and US?
To be considered you must have relevant sales experience in print and online, working with clients directly and agencies alike, and a proven track record of hitting and overachieving targets. You must be hard-working, reliable, self-motivated and confident in dealing with people at all levels. All candidates with no previous sales experience in digital or publishing domain will not be considered.
